We received our refund and are very satisfied with the process. While we do speak Japanese, reading it and especially processing all of the minutiae in most Japanese agreements, is a real headache. Being able to complete this process in English and in such a straightforward, uncomplicated way is awesome!

If we move back to Japan, we’ll be customers again!

Great service and communication. Easy for foreigners to use!

Really no issues on my end. I thought the process was great and understand the reasoning behind it.

My only suggestion is to modernize your webpage. My initial thought before signing up was I may lose my money/scam due to it looking like it was quickly put together and hosted.

No disrespect intended - as I did not have any issues with your service and if I find myself in Japan again - I will definitely utilize JapanETCcard again.

Works as advertised and customer service is great! Would recommend to any expat who will be living in Japan.
