How To Refer NEW FRIENDS:
Just tell your friends to join JapanETCCard. On the MY DASHBOARD it will ask the new customer who referred them. The customer MUST have the CUSTOMER/REFERRAL ID of the active JapanETCcard member. If you do not know your REFERRAL ID to give to someone you want to refer, login to your MY DASHBOARD and you will see it on the top. Provide them this # so you can receive credit.
How WILL YOU KNOW A NEW CUSTOMER WAS REFERRED BY YOU?
We have developed a new tracking system added to the MY DASHBOARD. You have the ability to keep track of everyone that has been referred and ensure everyone is receiving referral credits. Once the customer reaches 90 days active in our program they are eligible for credit. The eligiblity date will be updated so the customer knows when to expect ¥1000 ETC credit. It will be automatically credited off your next ETC usage invoice.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT TO REFER MY FRIEND?
When the new customer joins they have several chances to provide the REFERRAL ID #. The person MUST include the Customer/Referral ID # of who referred them BEFORE they complete the DEPOSIT step. Once they complete the deposit step there is no going back to include the ID # again.
