Providing information and services related to ETC Card related services in Japan.

Deposit Required To Obtain ETC Card:

Customers must provide an initial deposit of ¥40,000 to be issued an ETC card. They can choose to make 1 payment of ¥40,000 or 2 payments of ¥20,000. Note that the second payment of ¥20,000 will be applied to their first invoice after receiving the ETC card.

ETC Service Plan Offered:

We offer a single, straightforward "PAY AS YOU GO" service plan. Customers will be charged ¥1200 if they use the ETC card, and ¥0 if they do not use it.

Customer Processing Management Platform Fee of 10%:
This fee will increase from 5% to 10% effective on 1/31/2024. Our new management system, which will go into effect on this date, will offer increased discount capabilities and customer capabilities.

Delivery Time of Products, Services, etc.

After customers verify their vehicle documents and the account is confirmed, including the security deposit, we will begin creating the ETC card. This process typically takes one week, after which we will ship the card to the verified address or customers can pick it up at our Yokosuka ETC office.

Bank Transfer payments: You are responsible for the transfer fees from your side.
You can transfer easily by Japanese ATM and transfer the funds to our Stripe account.
Each customer will be assigned a dedicated account number to use for bank transfer payments.

We utilize Stripe Japan to process payments, including credit card, bank transfer, and other methods. Billing is done two months in arrears, with a 7-day payment period to avoid late fees. You can see a full breakdown of the payment methods and terms on our Pricing and Fees page.

Registration on our website is required to use our services. For detailed information, please refer to the How It Works page.

Cancel ETC Service

To close your ETC account, simply log in to your account, go to the "Dashboard," select step 5 - "Cancel ETC Service," and follow the instructions. You do not need to return the ETC card, but we ask that you destroy it.

Your security deposit will be refunded in yen once your final bill has been paid in full. You can submit the cancellation request now and specify the date when you'd like the card to be canceled. The refund process is available on the Pricing and Fees page.

Refund Process

We utilize to process refunds back to clients. Each client will receive a secure link to authorize their refund in yen. The communication between our client and Wise is secured, and we do not have access to the account number where the refund is sent. Your final bill must be paid in full before we can process your refund. Depending on your transaction history, we may be able to refund your security deposit directly to the credit card you used, via Stripe.

Example of Refund Date and Last Bill:

If you cancel in July, we will process the July ETC charges on 8/31/2023, and you will receive the deposit back in the first week of September 2023.

If you cancel in August, we will process the August ETC charges on 9/30/2023, and you will receive the deposit back in the first week of October 2023.

Conditions For Free Trial

We offer a 60-day FREE trial plan, where the monthly ¥1200 ETC card service fee is waived. Customers are still responsible for paying all toll usage incurred while using the ETC card during the trial period.
