So loved this service! We could not have possibly explored and experienced so much of Japan without the convenience and ease of the ETC!

Japan ETC Card, is and has been an outstanding service and convenience for me during my service in Okinawa, Japan. The customer service and support is great from the beginning with the information they provide to assist you with getting the ETC reader installed in your car to receiving the year end tax statement. Setting up the account and receiving my ETC card was quick and accessing their website to track my payments has been good. It has been great not having to stop at the toll gates or being concerned of not having enough Yen to get through the toll. My personal favorite convenience has been going through the tolls quickly during rush hours.

Pretty convenient. However, initial start up fees are entirely too expensive.

It's was really helpful and handy do have as a non-Japanese speaker. Thank you for all your help.
