I greatly appreciated the service and support of ETC card Japan. The program was easy to setup and a great convenience to use. I really loved the discounts that I received in 2014 and was sad to see them go. However m, the service was still vaulable enough to keep without them. I alway recommend ETC to my friend. Best investment I made while stationed in Okinawa. Many exits on the Okinawa Expressway are crowded, especially on weekends. With the ETC card, I simply bypassed everyone and drove right through. I never had to worry about carrying Yen or the international fees with using a credit card to pay tolls. The convenience is well worth the original investment, and the ETC device adds a little resale value to your car.

It was a great service but I'm leaving Japan so I don't need it anymore. When I come back, I will get it again.

I greatly appreciated being able to get an ETC card and pay less in tolls. Being able to ask someone in English for assistance in understanding the system has been great. I have recommended your company to all the people I know from America who are in Japan for a short time. This is a great service and easy to use! You should definitely expand your market and reach the many expats who are over here for work (not military). For instance, there are several automakers who send their employees to Japan for a year to 2 years and this service would be great for them to use.
