I have loved using ETC service during my time in Japan. It made driving around and exploring much easier and more fun! Wish I weren't leaving, and hope to be back. The website is good - not the most user-friendly sometimes, but simple and effective. Please continue to make upgrades and allow access via older browswers & mobile devices.

LOVED the ETC card service!!!!! This made my daily commute so much better because of the convenience of this service. 

Purchased card and ETC machine, only to have the benefits change. I used it for about 4 months and then discontinued use because it was no longer beneficial.

The only reason I am cancelling this service is because I am PCSing back to the US. It made commuting to and from Fukuoka, Nagasaki, and other cities significantly easier - no more rooting for change or additional runs to the ATM. Great service from the front office as well.
