Our family has benefitted from easier travel while out and about in Japan because of Japan ETC! It is crucial to have ETC so that you can utilize the ETC only entrances and exits. Plus if you aren't carrying yen NO PROBLEM. No need to scrounge for payment at the toll gates. Thank you Japan ETC. Thank you for helping us utilize this service while stationed on NAF Atsugi.
It's been really great though the FAQs and explanation of the process is a bit confusing. Would be good to have the information better organized.I would say the service and the response to customer has been phenomenal. Always willing to help and accommodate the customer.
