This is an excellent service for foreigners living in Japan. If you're with the armed forces or even just teaching English here then I highly recommend getting a card. Thank you for letting me use your service and for providing good support for foreigners who want to use the Japanese toll roads.

Service was really easy to set up and works great travelling all over Japan including Okinawa!!

I was really pleased with Japan ETC Card from the easy to use website to the quick and friendly customer service. We used it for 4 years and only closed it because we moved away from Japan. If/when we move back we will definitely seek out this company again.

Excellent service a huge convenience. Canceling only because I am leaving Japan. Wish I had gotten the card immediately when I arrived.
During the time that I lived in Okinawa I used ETC nearly everyday and I was satisfied with the service.
8/15/2023 Wise Refund Process:Really no issues on my end. I thought the process was great and understand the reasoning behind it.My only suggestion is to modernize your webpage. My initial thought before signing up was I may lose my money/scam due to it looking like it was quickly put together and hosted.No disrespect intended - as I did not have any issues with your service and if I find myself in Japan again - I will definitely utilize JapanETCcard again.
